Reconnect & Return (Sankarshana)
Introduction
The Sankarshana project was initiated to reconnect with children who, due to various circumstances, had dropped out of MNC’s program and lost touch with the centre. Through this project, we actively trace and assess the current conditions of these children, providing counseling and guidance on their potential paths forward.
Re-Engagement Process
The project coordinator and group head visit the homes of these children to encourage their return to the program. During these visits, they evaluate the child’s needs and discuss how we can support their re-integration into our program.
Ongoing Support
In addition to re-engagement efforts, the coordinator maintains a lasting connection with every child who has participated in our Early Intervention Program. The ongoing relationship allows us to provide follow-up support and keep families informed about current developments in the field including updates on benefits and resources that they may be eligible for.
