Sanmargam, which means 'good direction', aims to build on the foundational gains achieved during the Early Intervention programs and guide the children towards mainstream school integration post six years of age.

Jivikam was developed to enhance employability among children with Intellectual Disability and fulfill the commitment of training every child to lead a socially useful and productive life.
Reconnect & Return (Sankarshana)
The Sankarshana project was initiated to reconnect with children who, due to various circumstances, had dropped out of MNC’s program and lost touch with the centre.
Alumni Network (Samyam)
The Samyam event, initiated by Madhuram Narayanan Centre in 2013, has become an annual celebration held every July, bringing together present MNC children and teachers and members of our alumni network.
